Who owns the flash then? Can I still sell it, if you decide to list it?

In general we sell your set(s) in commission, which means we don't buy the rights of your flash. You keep the rights, but we have permission to sell your flash. Needless to say that you can sell it where ever you want. However: this is just the way it works in general. There is always room for other options.
