When will my order be shipped?

We usually send orders out the next business day (after the payment has cleared). PayPal orders, with the exception of E-check payments, clear immediately.

Please be aware these are lead times (not guaranteed times). We manage to ship the next business day in more than 90% of the cases (except for needle orders - see below). And 97% of all orders are on their way within two business days. If it should take us longer than two business days to ship your order out, you will be informed.
