Tattoo ordinance tabled
West Milton City Council didn't get the chance to ink an ordinance Tuesday that would ban tattoo parlors from the village. City manager Tony Howard said the objective of the ordinance is to protect the residents of West Milton from potential health risks caused by tattooing and piercing.
